VA Prep: Rules for Capital Letter Usage

For most test prep aspirants, Verbal Ability is a bug bear. Here is some dope on capital letter usage, which I found on www.grammar.net

Also, you should know this important rule: if you are referring to a country, you should use 'State' with a capital S (like the State of India); however, use a small 's' if you are referring to a province within a nation (like the state of Andhra Pradesh).
